Fatigue Isn't in the Job Description

Standing all day shouldn’t mean limping home. Good shoes and insoles make a huge difference should be standard everywhere.

I think this is a fantastic idea! Standing on hard floors all day can be really tough, so having comfy insoles and proper shoes would help a lot. Every worker deserves to feel good and stay healthy at work.

I don’t usually stand in one place too long, but even just walking around all day makes you realize how much proper shoes matter. Can’t imagine being stuck on hard floors for hours without support. No one should end their shift limping.

I’m on my feet a lot, but mostly walking and not standing still. Even then, I can feel how much difference good shoes make. Can’t imagine how rough it must be to stand in one spot all day. Support like anti-fatigue insoles should be a no-brainer
