I think this is a really important campaign! Everyone deserves work equipment that fits properly, no matter their size or shape. Better, more inclusive designs would help all workers feel comfortable and safe on the job

To support SDGs, inclusivity is a foundation. Not only in structural or managerial section, but it’s important to implemented in field operational. If the gears are inclusive, workers will feel respect with the company.

using a gear must be suitable for every single worker

Totally agree with this. It’s frustrating when the gear you’re given doesn’t actually fit or support your body type. Everyone deserves equipment that fits properly and lets them do their job safely and comfortably. It’s time companies start thinking about real people when designing standard gear

This is so important! Safety gear shouldn't be one-size-fits-all. Everyone deserves equipment that fits properly—whether you're tall, short, slim, or broad. Let’s push for designs that actually consider real people’s needs.

I’ve had to use safety gear that didn’t fit at all, some are too loose, too tight, or just plain uncomfortable. It’s hard to focus on the job when your helmet’s sliding around or your gloves don’t grip right. Inclusive gear isn’t a bonus, it’s a basic need

It’s about time we acknowledged that 'standard issue' doesn’t fit everyone. Gear needs to reflect real people’s bodies whether big, small, and everything in between. Inclusive design is basic respect

As a female worker in a male-dominated field, i can't tell you how frustating it is when safety vests hang off me like a tent or even gloves are way too loose to grip properly. Inclusive design isn't optional, it's necessary!

totally agree because i have also had to use gear that did not fit and it is way too big, because of that it is hard to move and honestly not safe. everyone is built differently, so work equipment should fit those differences too.

As someone with a petite frame, I’ve experienced this firsthand. A lot of standard gear is just too big…. it’s uncomfortable, limits movement and honestly it can be dangerous. fitting equipment shouldn’t be the norm
